Casandra Riojas founded Elevate Her with a simple belief; women deserve access to people, resources, and opportunities that help them move forward. Through her work in nonprofit housing and community leadership, she brings women together to share what they know, building meaningful relationships, and open doors for one another.
Why I Started Elevate Her
I know how much it matters to have someone believe in you, make an introduction, or invite you into a room you might never have entered on your own. I started Elevated Her to help more women experience that support - and pass it along.
What Matters To Me
I want women to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their stories, and saying what they need. Whether we're talking about careers, well-being, leadership, or getting involvement in our community. My goal is for every woman to feel heard and leave with something she can use.
My Hope For Every Woman
My hope is that every woman who connects with Elevate Her leaves with more confidence, a meaningful connection, and a clearer next step. As we grow, I want us to keep asking " Who else can we bring with us?"
